Frequently Asked Questions

Unlike traditional sleep coaching that relies on rigid, one-size-fits-all methods or generic "cry-it-out" techniques, we apply the principles of behavior analysis to understand why sleep challenges are occurring. Led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), we analyze your child’s environment, routine, and behavioral patterns to build evidence-based plans that align with your family’s values.
-
We work with individuals aged 1 year and older.
While our core focus is pediatric sleep, we offer focused consultations for adults seeking non-medical, behavioral solutions to improve their sleep.
Whether your toddler relies on parental presence to fall asleep or you are an adult looking to reset an irregular sleep schedule, our strategies are tailored to the specific developmental stage of each client.
-
Every client completes a comprehensive medical screen prior to beginning services. If we suspect or observe signs of an underlying medical issue—such as sleep apnea, severe airway restriction, restless leg syndrome, etc.—we will refer you out to an appropriate physician to the best of our ability.
If you are unsure whether your or your child’s sleep challenges fall into a behavioral or medical category, please book a free 15-minute discovery call. We will review your situation together and make sure you get directed to the exact care and services you need.
-
Yes, absolutely! Sleep challenges are exceptionally common among neurodivergent children and often require specialized behavioral strategies. We utilize compassionate, evidence-based tools tailored specifically to how your child learns, communicates, and experiences their environment, including:
Visual schedules and predictable bedtime routines
Communication supports and clear expectations
Sensory-informed adjustments to the sleep environment
Systematic, gradual fading techniques that minimize distress and behavioral escalation

All of our programs are available virtually, allowing us to support families conveniently from home.
If you are located in the Hoboken, NJ area and would prefer an in-person initial consultation, please contact us directly via email rather than booking through the automated Google Calendar link. This allows us to confirm availability and coordinate a local coffee shop location together :)

Because behavioral sleep challenges vary from family to family, we do not use one-size-fits-all pricing models. During your free 15-minute Discovery Call, we review your specific goals and required level of support. Whether one of our standard packages is ideal or you require a customized package, transparent pricing details are provided immediately following our call before any financial commitment is made.
-
Pricing reflects the depth of assessment and sleep plans, along with active support required. Single-topic consultations start at $160, while our multi-week intensive support packages start at $500. Exact pricing for standard frameworks or bespoke plans is reviewed on your free Discovery Call.
