A formal professional relationship is established only after both parties have executed a separate, written Client Service Agreement & Informed Consent document and all required intake forms and payments have been completed.

3. Emergency & Crisis Disclaimer

Restore Behavioral Sleep, LLC does not provide emergency, crisis intervention, or urgent medical/mental health services through this Site or our consulting services.

Payment Processing: All payments for consulting packages, custom support plans, or single sessions are processed securely via our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By submitting payment details, you authorize Stripe to charge the agreed-upon fees.
Service Terms: Specific financial policies, scheduling procedures, cancellation terms, and refund guidelines governing consulting packages are detailed in our formal Client Service Agreement provided during onboarding.
